Downtime at planting or harvest costs more than the repair.
A failed ECU on a tractor or piece of ag equipment usually means a stalled operation, not just a stalled machine. We diagnose the actual failed component and repair it, rather than putting you on a wait list for a new module.
Component-level repair, not a guess and a swap
Every job starts on the bench under magnification, tracing the fault to the actual component before anything gets touched.
Engine & transmission ECUs
Component-level repair of the control modules that manage fuel delivery, transmission shifting, and engine timing on tractors and combines.
Cab display & instrument modules
Dead or flickering in-cab displays and gauge modules repaired at the board level.
Sensor interface boards
Boards that read and process signals from hydraulic, temperature, and position sensors, repaired where the fault is on the interface circuitry rather than the sensor itself.
Moisture & corrosion damage
Boards exposed to field conditions cleaned, inspected, and repaired component by component where corrosion has affected specific traces or pins.
Connector & harness-side repair
Board-mounted connectors rebuilt so the module reconnects reliably to the equipment's wiring harness.
Pre-season & off-season turnaround
Repair scheduling built around the reality that equipment needs to be ready before the next planting or harvest window.
Questions we hear on this one
If yours isn't covered here, send us the symptom and we'll answer directly.
Which equipment brands do you work on?
Component-level repair isn't brand-specific — send the module and the symptom, and we'll assess it on the bench regardless of manufacturer.
Can you repair a module with visible corrosion?
Often, yes. We clean the board, inspect under magnification for damaged traces or pads, and repair what's affected. Whether it's viable depends on how far the corrosion has spread.
How fast can this turn around during harvest?
Rush turnaround is available on a case-by-case basis — call ahead and we'll tell you what's realistic for your specific module.
What if the ECU turns out not to be repairable?
You get a written explanation of the fault so you can make an informed call on sourcing a replacement, and you're only charged the diagnostic fee.
